The European Youth Press is looking for 20 young motivated journalists to become part of the team that will organize the 2016 edition of the European Youth Media Days (EYMD), one of the biggest events for young media-makers in Europe. Team members will facilitate seven media workshops (two TV, one radio, print, multimedia, photo and new media) and/or will assist participants and the organisers in external communication, guidance of participants, and logistical preparations during the three days. Α. Μεταπτυχιακοί φοιτητές στην Ελλάδα: Θα δοθεί οικονομική ενίσχυση σε τέσσερεις μεταπτυχιακούς φοιτητές μέχρι 6.000 € στον καθένα.
Β. Μεταπτυχιακοί φοιτητές στο Εξωτερικό: Θα δοθεί οικονομική ενίσχυση σε οκτώ μεταπτυχιακούς φοιτητές μέχρι 12.000 € στον καθένα.

To provide stability of oil wells against collapse the bore hole is lined by a steel shell. A recently developed technique in oil well drilling is the mono-diameter method. In this technique an under-sized steel pipe is lowered into the bore hole and then expanded to the required diameter. During drilling and exploitation of the well the steel lining is subjected to various internal and external pressures. No collapse should occur due to any of these loads.

The EU funded project CONCEPT aims to support professional designers in Small and Medium Enterprises during the early conceptual stages of a collaborative design. Distributed collaborative design is a complex process, and the lack of appropriate computer support tools makes it difficult for Small to Medium Enterprise businesses, to bring new products to market, on time, and survive market competition. The TU/e has developed Cloobok is a tool that helps track changes in documents shared over the cloud, supporting awareness and collaboration between design teams and stakeholders.
The objective of the present PDEng project is to design and validate a predictive maintenance tool for a maritime propulsion system, based on modeling the physical failure mechanisms and applying the monitored variation in loads and usage.

The graduate programs (MSc, PDEng, and PhD) in Operations Management & Logistics attract top-level candidates from all over the world. PDEng candidates enroll in the two-year Logistics Management Systems designers program and participate in industrial activities, among others with members of the European Supply Chain Forum.
Το Ίδρυμα Κρατικών Υποτροφιών ανακοινώνει την προκήρυξη χρηματοδότησης συνολικά ογδόντα (80) ερευνητικών προγραμμάτων, που θα εκπονηθούν αποκλειστικά σε ελληνικά ΑΕΙ από ερευνητικές ομάδες απαρτιζόμενες από έναν κύριο ερευνητή (μέλος ΔΕΠ/ΕΠ) και έως δύο υποψηφίους διδάκτορες στο πλαίσιο της διδακτορικής τους διατριβής.
Οι υποτροφίες θα χορηγηθούν σε τρεις (3) θεματικές περιοχές αιχμής και σε εξειδικεύσεις που ορίζονται στην οικεία προκήρυξη. Η κατανομή των θέσεων ανά επιστημονικό τομέα γίνεται, ως ακολούθως:

This internship scheme is addressed mainly to recent university graduates, without excluding those who – in the framework of lifelong learning are at the beginning of a new professional career.
This type of Internship is offered to graduates who have completed at least the first cycle of a higher education course (i.e. university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
