Το Κέντρο Πολιτισμού Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος AE (ΚΠΙΣΝ ΑΕ) στο πλαίσιο της ευρύτερης συνεργασίας και ανάπτυξης κοινών δράσεων με την Εθνική Βιβλιοθήκη της Ελλάδος (ΕΒΕ) και την Εθνική Λυρική Σκηνή (ΕΛΣ) προσφέρει σε άτομα ηλικίας 18-35 ετών τη δυνατότητα αμειβόμενης πρακτικής άσκησης στους τρεις φορείς. Το πρόγραμμα υλοποιείται χάρη στην αποκλειστική δωρεά του Ιδρύματος Σταύρος Νιάρχος (ΙΣΝ), στο πλαίσιο της πρωτοβουλίας του Επανεκκίνηση & Ενίσχυση των Νέων.
The European Parliament offers different traineeships within its Secretariat in order to contribute to the vocational training of young citizens, and to the understanding of the working of the institution. These traineeships are awarded for a period of five months.

The European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) announces traineeship opportunities lasting up to six months[2] for graduates who are either nationals of an EU member state or an EFTA country or an IPA qualifying country[3]. From October 2020, the European Union Institute for Security Studies (EUISS) is seeking to recruit six trainees to assist in its research, event organisation and outreach activities. The European Maritime Safety Agency offers traineeships for a period of at least 3 months and at most 6 months. The traineeship program aims to provide trainees with work experience in the field of maritime safety legislation, response to pollution at sea and cooperation among member states in maritime related matters. Inservice training enables trainees to acquire practical experience by means of their work and put into practice in a “maritime focussed” environment the knowledge they have acquired during their academic studies or professional careers.
The European Railway Agency (ERA) traineeship scheme is addressed mainly to young university graduates, without excluding those who, in the framework of lifelong learning, have recently obtained a university diploma and are at the beginning of a new professional career. It addresses also seconded trainees, students preparing a thesis and students having an obligation due to their curricula to undergo a traineeship.

The European Court of Auditors organises three traineeship sessions per year in areas of interest to its work.
Traineeships are granted for 3, 4 or 5 months maximum. They may be remunerated (1350 €/month) or non-remunerated depending on the budgetary
appropriations available.
The 3 sessions are organised each year starting on:
- 1st February,
- 1st May,
- 1st September.

This type of Traineeship is offered to graduates who have completed at least the first cycle of a higher education course (i.e. university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
Trainees are selected from nationals of the Member States of the European Union (27) and EU candidate countries (Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey) and potential candidate countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo*).
